Lathley - Trail Running Jacket
This jacket was designed and built as an exercise for the Lathley Outerwear Design Course as an experiment in juxtaposition. While the jacket is technical in nature, the design and cut of the jacket was inspired by military and moto jackets. Built from a technical three layer stretch waterproof breathable mesh back fabric, the jacket features large rear vents for breathability, mesh lined hand pockets for added air flow, and a high cut to allow for maximum leg movement during trail runs.
While the jacket's technical prowess keeps it functional for trail running, the design is more classic. Large flap chest pockets, epaulets, and antique brass zippers are inspired by military and moto jackets. Even small details like size 92 spun thread for the top stitching and leather zipper pulls evoke a classic look.
A true mix of classic and technical, the Lathley Trail Running Jacket is just as comfortable grabbing beers after a run as it is hitting the trails.
